Bunker Research is the hidden history of modernism in the mountains. It documents writer Max Leonard and photographer Camille McMillan’s quest to uncover the little-known and now crumbling Second World War fortifications in the Alps, which were constructed by the French in the face of an Italian Fascist invasion.
