It shows metro trains surrounded by the architectural ensemble of the stations and the interesting ‘behind the scenes’ of the metro, such as depots, tunnels and closed stations. The large format of the calendar (470 x 330 mm) allowed me to include many photographs of the metro systems of London (1863*), Paris (1900*), Hamburg (1912*), Madrid (1919*), Barcelona (1924*), Stockholm (1950*), Lisbon (1959*), Prague (1974*), Vienna (1976*), Brussels (1976*), Lyon (1978*) and Helsinki (1982*).* - year of put into operation of the metro.
